PETCO Park

Home to the San Diego Padres their new ball park opened in 2004. A real nice facility with very easy freeway access from I-5, plenty of reasonable parking, and club level seats, just beyond the Padres dugout, for $45.00.  Comparable seats at Fenway would be double that amount. Concession prices were at or below those at Fenway.  But quite frankly, the Friar Franks suck! Big time!  I prefer to call them Padre Puppies.  What is it about the West Coast style of cooking dogs ahead of time and wrapping them up in foil paper?  Yuck! Give me a Fenway Frank, served up fresh, anytime!

Son, Chowdah with the Fabulous One

Hey, Rambler? Tailgating during the baseball season? Definitely a West Coast thing!

A nice little ball park

Chowdah, F.O., the V.O. and the Rambler enjoy a little California sunshine
