Camden Yards 2004

The Rambler and V.O. made their second visit to Oriole Park at Camden Yards joined this time by Connecticut Mike, Mick and Andrea. We also spent time with old friends from high school days, Baltimore Phil and Jane, Queen of the Inner Harbor. This is still a great place to watch a ball game. Ticket prices are less than Fenway with better sight lines and much more comfortable seats. We stayed at the Hamptom Inn on East Rosewood, 1 block from the activities of the Inner Harbor. Reasonable room rates, including complimentary breakfast and an outstanding, courteous staff. The Rambler gives it a thumbs up. For great seafood, try Phillips Seafood at Harbor Place (Intersection of Pratt and Light Streets). Great food and a nice harbor view.  A little pricey, but well worth it.
